WASHINGTON, April 26.--Second Lieut. Alfred M. Hunter, at his own request, has been transferred from the Fifth Cavalry to the Fourth Artillery. Major Richard S. Vickery, Surgeon, has been granted leave of absence for four months. Second Lieut. John C. Walshe, Signal Corps, has been granted leave of absence for four months.

INJURED IN A RAILROAD COLLISION.

ANTIGO, Wis., April 26.--A freight train ran into a work train between Bernamwood and Eland Junction on the Milwaukee, Lake Shore and Western Road at 9 o'clock this morning and 10 persons were seriously injured.
